What to expect
How a viewing goes
We take bookings rather than confirm them automatically, because a diary slot means somebody is getting the piece out, checking it over and putting it on a tray. You will hear back the same working day.
If nothing in the diary suits, telephone +44 20 0000 0000. There is usually more room than the diary admits.
- How long
- Half an hour for one piece. Longer if you are choosing between several — say so and we will book the time.
- Who you see
- Whoever actually knows the piece. For a valuation, the person who will make the offer.
- Bring
- Anything you are comparing against, and a ring you already wear if sizing matters.
- Privacy
- There is a private room for anything you would rather not discuss at the front counter.
- Cost
- Nothing. A viewing is not a commitment and nobody will treat it as one.
